Dr. Ismail Saad received his BEng (Hons) in Electronics / computer Engineering from University Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 1999 and MSc from University of Southampton, UK specializing inMicroelectronics System Design in 2001. In 2009, he received his Doctorate from University Technology Malaysia (UTM) specializing in Micro & Nanoelectronics Device and Material. He has been a full time lecturer in University Malaysia Sabah (UMS) since 2002 and being promoted as a Senior Lecturer in 2009. He is lecturing in the area of VLSI design, Microprogramming and Semiconductor device. He is a graduate member of Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) since 1999 and Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) since 2010. He was also an active member of IEEE since 2007.
