Profile
Dr. Khairul Anuar received his BEng (Hons) in Electronics Engineering from University of Electro-communications, Tokyo, Japan in 2001 and MSc from University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK specializing inMicroelectronics in 2004. In 2011, he received his Doctorate from Muroran Institute of Technology, Hokkaido, Japan specializing in Organics Nanoelectronics Device and Material. He has been a full time lecturer in University Malaysia Sabah (UMS) since 2002 and being promoted as a Senior Lecturer in 2011. He is lecturing in the area of Microelectronics and Semiconductor device. He is a graduate member of Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) since 2001 and Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) since 2010. He was also an active member of IEEE since 2008.
